At MoodButton™, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns for products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or not returned in their original sealed condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
